All prices include VAT. The minimum hourly rental period is 3 hours. Evening rentals and multi-day productions are quoted individually.

An elegant living room featuring a fireplace and the atmosphere of a five-star hotel suite.
Use of existing interior lighting.
Standard electricity and utility consumption.
Permission to photograph and film within the pre-approved areas of the premises.
Photography and filming equipment, studio lighting and technical crew are not included in the rental price.
Upon request, we can arrange catering and refreshments for the production crew, interior styling, floral arrangements, decorative adjustments and other production-related services.
These services are not included in the rental price and are quoted individually.
Reservation deposit: 50% of the rental fee is payable upon confirmation of the booking.
Final payment: The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 calendar days before the production begins. For bookings made less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the full rental fee is payable upon confirmation.
Refundable security deposit: CZK 15,000 is required as security against potential damage to the furniture, equipment and interior. A higher deposit may apply to larger productions.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days following the rental, provided no damage has occurred and no other justified charges are outstanding.

Standard rental rates apply to photography productions involving a maximum of 6 people, including models, photographers, stylists and assistants.
Productions involving larger crews, extensive technical equipment or film production teams are subject to individual approval and pricing.
The client must provide information about the purpose of the production, the number of people involved and the intended use of the premises in advance.
All furniture, decorative objects, lighting fixtures and other furnishings form part of the designer showroom and must be treated with the utmost care.
Furniture and decorative items may only be moved with prior approval and under the supervision and assistance of Dušek Décor personnel.
Removing or modifying furnishings, attaching decorations to walls, or using adhesives, tapes or other materials that may damage surfaces is prohibited without prior written consent.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by the client or by anyone granted access to the premises by the client.
Clients may use their own photography and filming equipment, subject to compliance with safety regulations and prior approval of the equipment and production setup.
The use of large lighting installations, camera tracks, generators, smoke effects or other specialised equipment requires prior written approval.
Open flames, pyrotechnics and other hazardous effects are prohibited.
The fireplace may only be operated with the express permission of the venue operator.
The rental period includes crew arrival, equipment setup, scene preparation, photography or filming, dismantling and restoring the premises to their original condition.
Any extension beyond the agreed rental period is subject to prior approval and will be charged according to the applicable rates.
Evening, weekend and multi-day productions are subject to prior confirmation of availability.
The rental includes permission to take photographs and produce audiovisual recordings within the premises for the production purpose approved in advance.
The resulting photographs and videos may be used within the scope agreed upon at the time of booking, including commercial and advertising purposes, provided such use has been disclosed and approved in advance.
The rental does not grant the right to use the Dušek Décor name, logo or other trademarks to promote products or services without prior written consent.
Dušek Décor reserves the right to review and approve proposed productions in advance where their nature or content may conflict with the character or reputation of the showroom.
The premises must be returned to their original condition at the end of the rental period.
Any extraordinary cleaning, damage or missing items will be assessed and charged separately.
The client is responsible for the safety of their crew and visitors and for compliance with the venue's operating and safety regulations.
For larger commercial or film productions, proof of valid liability insurance may be required.
Specific production arrangements may be subject to a separate written agreement.
