Can you source products that are not listed on your website?

Yes. We represent more than 50 international brands and do not publish our full portfolio online. If you are looking for a specific brand or design, please contact us or send us a product reference.

PROCESS & ORDERS

How can I request a quotation?

Do you operate a physical space?

Yes. We operate an atelier where selected collections are presented by appointment. This space serves as a platform for brand exposure and project consultation.

Do you provide White Glove delivery to the project site?

Yes. Upon request, we arrange White Glove delivery directly to the project location.

This service includes delivery to the designated space, inspection upon handover, and removal of packaging materials.

For more complex projects, we also coordinate delivery timing with installation schedules and other on-site contractors.

Is the goods insured during transport and how do you minimize handling?

Yes. All goods are properly insured throughout the entire transportation process.

Within Europe, we arrange direct transport from the place of dispatch to the final delivery location, without unnecessary transshipments.

For overseas shipments, a limited number of transfers is required for logistical reasons; however, we always select solutions with the minimum number of handling points to ensure quality, safety, and full control of the delivery process.

Yes. We work as exclusive regional agents for selected brands, managing market introduction, brand positioning, activation events and project integration.

What are typical lead times?

Lead times vary by brand and product category. Furniture requires 8 weeks and wallpaper and textiles typically require 2–3 weeks. Custom made furniture pieces may require longer production timelines ~12weeks.

Yes. Samples are available upon request and subject to brand conditions.
