The Cascade long pendant lamp is one of the most representative creations of our collaboration with British designer Lee Broom. Inspired by paper lanterns illuminated by candlelight, it combines porcelain spheres and cylinders in a modern design with clean lines.
As Broom himself explains: “I was captivated by the translucency of porcelain and the nuances from indentations and patterns. This reminded me of paper lanterns illuminated by candlelight, so I decided to create shapes and forms incorporating these qualities in a modernist way”.
When switched off, the lamp highlights the purity of white porcelain. When illuminated, the translucency of the material transforms into a warm amber tone that recalls the intimacy of a candle. A sculpture of light that brings together tradition and contemporary design to create unique atmospheres. With a height of 90 cm and integrated LED light source, it offers a perfect balance between craftsmanship and technology.
